For facilitiesWhat costs does our facility face?
We work exclusively on a success-fee basis. There are no registration, search or upfront fees. The fee level depends on qualification and location and is only due once the nurse actually starts work at your facility.
For both sidesHow long does the process take from selection to first working day?
Typically 10–12 months from matching to first day. The largest blocks are the B2 language training (approx. 6 months) and the recognition procedure at the State Examination Office (2–4 months). The visa runs in parallel through the accelerated § 81a AufenthG procedure.
For both sidesWhat language level do nurses reach before arrival?
All candidates complete B2 German before departure — evidenced by a telc or Goethe certificate. Language training happens already in India, so the nurse can work the ward from day one.
For facilitiesWhat happens if the recognition procedure is aborted?
Because our fee is success-based, you carry no financial risk. If a candidate in India drops out or recognition is denied, we propose a replacement — at no extra cost. Your investment in interviews and onboarding planning stays protected.
For nursesWhat does the placement cost me as a nurse?
The placement itself is free for you. Language course, recognition and travel are covered by the hiring facility in Germany. You only pay for the usual personal items such as passport, consular fees and personal preparation — these are communicated transparently up front.
For nursesWhat happens if my recognition comes with conditions?
The authority can additionally require an adaptation course or a knowledge test — that is a normal part of the procedure, not a rejection. We accompany you through both routes and align the steps with your facility, so you can keep working while completing the requirement in parallel.
